Those responsible for the day-to-day management of a wind facility, or individuals with a livelihood based on providing services to the utility-scale wind supply chain should attend the Northwest Wind Operators’ Conference and Exhibition. It is the only regional conference sponsored by locally invested owners and programmed specifically to address challenges unique to Northwest utility-scale wind operators. Facility managers gain significant benefits from the interactions and discussions with other site managers confronting similar obstacles in continuing maintenance, personnel retention, and service contracts within the supply chain. Industry service providers are recognized for legitimate expertise, and save time and effort by reaching out to the regional operators as a whole group. It is the ongoing intent for this annual conference to serve as the regional industry association to identify, prepare for and address challenges unique to the Northwest Wind Industry.
